This page outlines the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) under which we sell any items or provide any services to you. Purchases made from other sources (“Other Sources”) will be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to those respective sources.
Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order with Seabob Rescue Puerto Rico LLC, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
We recommend printing or saving a copy of these Terms for future reference.
How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us
To place an order with Seabob Rescue Puerto Rico LLC, you must first contact us directly. We will then provide you with an invoice that includes the items and services you have requested.
Once you receive the invoice, you may proceed to make payment using any of our accepted payment methods. Please note that your order is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Availability of items is subject to change until payment is processed. If any item becomes unavailable before payment is completed, we will notify you and adjust the invoice accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse an order, including but not limited to cases where items are unavailable, payment is not received, pricing errors exist, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment
We accept payment via Check, Wire Transfer, or Cash.
Financing options may be available through third-party providers. Please contact us for more details.
All items and services remain our property until full payment is received.
Delivery
Delivery options and charges will be provided during the sale and vary by location. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country. If you do not pay these charges or fail to collect your order, and it is returned, you will be responsible for any associated costs.
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate, including recipient name and address. We are not liable for incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by you.
We strive to meet delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy below:
Inspection Upon Delivery
When receiving your item, it is the customer’s responsibility to open the box and inspect the product immediately for any shipping damage or manufacturer defect. Opening the box for inspection purposes does not void your return eligibility, as long as the product has not been used and all original packaging, accessories, and documentation are kept intact.
Eligible Returns
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Return request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- A valid and reasonable explanation for the return must be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product has been used or shows signs of use.
- Packaging is missing.
- More than 15 days have passed since delivery.
- The reason for return is not aligned with this policy.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturer issues, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, product serial number, and detailed photos showing the issue.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@seabobrescuepr.com or call 787-907-1818 with your return request. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Service & Repairs
By submitting your unit for service, you agree to pay a diagnostic fee, even if you choose not to proceed with repairs.
Unpaid repairs after 30 days from the completion notice may incur additional charges and storage fees. Failure to pay within 120 days may result in repossession of the equipment.
General
Your use of our site is subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our equipment is designed for rescue operations and technical use. Warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase.
Items may only be purchased by individuals 18 years or older, or with consent from a parent or guardian.
We do not accept liability for commercial or resale use unless authorized in writing. We are not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
These Terms, along with any referenced documents, form the entire agreement between us and override any prior agreements or understandings.
We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations without written consent. We may transfer our rights to another entity without affecting your rights.
Each clause in these Terms operates independently. If one is deemed unlawful, the others will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
